• Share an account with other users or allow others to access your account.

4. User Account

Each ibc22 member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. This responsibility includes:

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM4,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

General conditions applicable to all ibc22 bonuses:

• Only one account per member is eligible to receive any bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — they must first be used in games.
• ibc22 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of promotions.

VIP tier upgrades are assessed based on a member's activity level and loyalty. ibc22 reserves the right to adjust the upgrade criteria from time to time to ensure the program remains relevant and fair to all members.

9. Account Closure and Restrictions

• A member fails to comply with the terms in this Terms & Conditions document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering is detected.
• A member is found to have registered more than one account.
• A member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A closure request is submitted by the member themselves.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, ibc22 reserves the right to freeze the account balance while an internal investigation is carried out. Any valid balance will be returned to the member once the investigation is complete, subject to individual case assessment.

10. Limitation of Liability

ibc22 operates with platform security and reliability as a priority. However, ibc22 is not responsible for:

• Service disruptions resulting from scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses arising from the failure of third parties such as payment providers or internet service providers.
• Losses arising from the misuse of account information by the user themselves or by parties granted access by the user.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

ibc22's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the ibc22 platform, we encourage members to contact our customer support team first via Live Chat or email. The ibc22 support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bahasa Melayu and English.

The ibc22 dispute resolution procedure is as follows:

• The member submits a complaint in writing through ibc22's official support channels.
